Turnover Services

Cleaning, service calls, and trash haul-off between guests — a rental that's actually ready when the next one shows up.

Decks, Sheds & Carpentry

Framed, built, and finished to actually last outside — footings, fasteners, and finish all done right.

Sawmill & Milled Lumber

Logs milled to order — live-edge slabs, dimensional lumber, timbers cut for beams, mantels, and tabletops. If it grew on the property, we can turn it into the property.

Landscaping & Grounds

String trimming, bed maintenance, brush clearing, herbicide along gravel and hard edges. Kept, not just cut.

Tree & Storm Work

Limb clearance, hazard tree removal, and storm cleanup. Large removals coordinated with a licensed arborist, supervised on site.

Off-Grid Solutions

Solar arrays, battery banks, propane and rainwater systems — designed and installed for real off-grid living, not a backup generator with extra steps.

Painting & Staining

Interior and exterior, log-home finishes included. Prepped right, so it holds up to a real Tennessee summer.

Pressure Washing

Log walls, siding, decks, slabs, and walkways — at the pressure the surface actually calls for, not the max the machine has.

Gutters & Roof Care

Cleaned, flushed, and checked before it becomes a soffit problem. Roof fastener and flashing checks included.

Concrete & Masonry

Walks, pads, footings, and brick repair — foundation work done to hold up under mountain freeze-thaw.

Log Home Care

Check sealing, chinking, stain and borate treatment. Not every crack should be filled — we know which ones and why.

Salty Pines Property Management is run by Tighe Greer — a hands-on builder who came up running framing crews and superintending single-family construction before putting down roots in the Tennessee mountains.

That's the difference here: this isn't a dispatch service that finds you a guy. It's a tradesman who shows up, does the work himself, and brings in the right licensed hand when a job genuinely calls for one. Either way, one person is accountable for what gets done on your property, start to finish.

Based in Turtletown, working the ridges and river valleys of Polk County — close enough to be there the same day, not the next trip up from somewhere else.
